{Josh Rouse}

I first heard Josh Rouse when he released his most perfect album to-date, 2002's Under the Cold Blue Stars and I've been a fan ever since. His new album Subtitlo is influenced and inspired by his recent move from Nashville to Spain and finds him revisiting the poppier '70s AM vibe of his 1972 album. I prefer the WIlco-esque style of his last full-length album Nashville, but I ain't complaining. The guy has the rare ability to channel Lindsey Buckingham, Marvin Gaye and Morrissey, so what more do ya want from him. Subtitulo is set for a March 21 release on Nettwerk but there are already songs floating around the interweb, here's a tracklisting with some Mp3 sprinkles.
Tracklisting:
1 Quiet Town
2 Summertime
3 It Looks Like Love
4 La Costa Blanca
5 Jersey Clowns
