{La Belle Personne}
I recently got this trailer from one of my recent favorite directors Christophe Honoré (Love Songs, Dans Paris)! La Belle Personne (The Beautiful Person) is the story of a sixteen-year old girl who changes high school mid-year, following the death of her mother. She quickly finds herself the talk of the town and caught up in a love triangle.
I read that the soundtrack is full of Nick Drake songs, and at one point (in true Christophe Honoré fashion) a character bursts into song on screen.
La Belle Personne stars: Louis Garrel, Léa Seydoux, and Grégoire Leprince-Ringuet. The film is currently out on DVD.
